Noble Hill Cab Sauv 2016
We taste black fruit, cedar, and a hint of spice. This wine should age elegantly and show increased refinement through at least 2025.
Notes of cassis, tobacco leaf, and Moroccan mint as well as black fruit, cedar, and a hint of spice.
Cederberg Cab Sauv 2018
Good integration of oak with a velvety finish on the palate. A prime example of a well-crafted South African Cabernet Sauvignon.
Iona One Man Band 2016
It is a wine that will reflect two different terroirs: the warm, ripe Syrah from our Brocha vineyards lower down in the Elgin Valley; and the cool, fresh Cabernet from Iona’s vineyards, high up overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
SYRAH (61%) is dense and powerful, but with bags of ripe red berry fruit and spice. It provides the warmth in the blend that is a perfect counterpoint to the coolness of the Iona contributions.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON (20%) The typical flavour profile is classically Cabernet with deep, dark cassis and cigar box aromas.
MOURVÈDRE (5%) Lends weight, spice and wild berries to the blend.
PETIT VERDOT (11%) It is very tannic and dark, but brings great colour, structure and aromatics to the blend.
VIOGNIER (3%) is a very aromatic varietal and brings perfume to the blend. Jasmine, almonds and peaches are classic Viognier aromas.
Remhoogte Vantage Pinotage 2017
Colour: Deep Ruby
Aromas: Cassis, Black cherries, raspberries, red pepper and cinnamon.
Palate: Bright and juicy with a delicate acidity and soft tannin. Long, lightly savoury finish.
The wine will mature for 5 to 10 years.
Enjoy with venison or dishes with a bit of spice.

Aromas of cranberry and subtle hints of mulberry and vanilla spice. The lively palate is rich and creamy and finishes with smooth and well-matured tannins.
