As various altitudes create different microclimates, chardonnay grapes are carefully selected from different vineyards. Made from 100% Chardonnay, expect a vibrant, fruity and crisp MCC. It will maintain freshness and a refined finish for years to come.
Taste
Fresh and well-balanced with a very fine mousse and soft acidity. Delicious lemon and lime with beautiful minerality and lingering, crips finish.
1x Le Lude Brut
Elegant citrus blossoms with fresh lime aromas. Secondary aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and hints of proving dough.
Bright, fresh and elegant palate entry. Aromas of grapefruit, ripe lemon and pear forms a structured mid-palate. The mousse shows finesse and texture with a restrained presence. Length develops delicately on the palate with fine tertiary aromas of caramelised honey, vanilla and dried fig.

Colmant Brut Reserve NV is a blend of Pinot Noir (52%) and Chardonnay (48%) grapes grown in Franschhoek, Robertson and Elgin. A portion of the base wine – just 10% – was fermented in French oak barrels. A further 20% of the blend comprises reserve wines from previous vintages. Each bottle matures a minimum of 30 months before it is released. It can be enjoyed now but will develop beautifully over four to five years.
Colmant Brut Reserve displays the house style, offering sophisticated freshness and elegance while revealing precision in acidity and the balance of flavours.
1x Solitary Brut Pinot Noir / Rose
he Pinot Noir grapes grow on south facing slopes, in granite sand on clay. It was a hands-on process, with careful bunch selection and micro management in the vineyards. The grapes were harvested very early at low Balling, pressed very lightly and fermented at 15 oC in tank to preserve freshness and clean flavours. It was left on the rough lees for 8 months before bottling for the second fermentation. The wine was allowed 10 months in bottle on the lees before degorging. No sulphur was added to the wine.
Look for mulberry and cherry characters with white chocolate creaminess on the mid-palate. You’ll find hints of almond/marzipan with a fresh mineral acid on the finish.

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes hand-picked from a single vineyard block in the Elgin valley, this elegant salmon-pink bubbly is a must for sophisticated celebrations.

1X STEENBERG 1682 PINOT NOIR CAP CLASSIQUE NV
Our pale pink 1682 Pinot Noir Cap Classique is fresh with fruity aromas of raspberry jelly, wild strawberry sorbet, red apple skin and toasted brioche. The wine has a very fine mousse that lifts the raspberry-like aromas and is balanced well with a creamy texture and bright acidity with a lingering dry finish. Enjoy in its youth or cellar for
3 to 5 years to promote a more savoury flavour development.
